Short terms for using Semruk on Telegram. Prepaid credits are completed at Dodo hosted checkout. Buying credits accepts the Terms and Acceptable Use. AI outputs are not professional advice and can be wrong. Personal data is explained in the separate KVKK aydınlatma.

Semruk AI is operated by Muhammed Emin Yıldız, an independent individual developer based in Düzce, Türkiye. Contact: support@semruk.app.

## Acceptable Use

The service is for people aged 18 or older. Do not use it to break the law, jailbreak or bypass safety filters, attack infrastructure, or harass others. Local filters may ignore a message or permanently restrict an account without prior warning. That restriction is final. A KVKK request is not a ban appeal.
