# Semruk

> Semruk is an AI agent that works on Telegram: not a command bot, and not a chatbot on a website. Use it in a private chat, a group, a channel, or a business inbox. It talks in that chat, does the jobs you set, and stays quiet otherwise. Telegram is the account. No separate Semruk email or password. Usage is prepaid.

Private thread: web lookup, pins, polls, quizzes, reminders, optional generated voice notes. Photos and voice the user sends in chat are not understood.

Groups: replies when mentioned (@SemrukBot) or directly replied to, then silence. Watch, welcome, and join checks stay off unless asked. From 9 September, when Semruk is added it reads the name, about text, pin, and a topic title if one is created; if that is not a place it can stay, it leaves in one short line. Credits already in the group remain.

Channel: scheduled posts (text, photo, video, GIF) from the private chat. Generated media goes to the channel, a Business profile, or a group photo, not into the chat as pictures. Channel comments are the linked discussion group.

Inbox: Telegram Business. Work mode uses the services, prices, and style you supplied. Chat mode covers incoming DMs when you cannot.

Guest: an eligible mention may receive one short text-only reply without tools.

Prepaid rates: $0.80 / 1M input tokens; $8.00 / 1M output tokens; $0.045 per web search; $15.00 / 1M spoken tokens; $0.05 per supported 1K or 2K image; $0.10 per second of generated video where supported. Modes do not change unit prices.

Not a slash-command kit. Not an unattended autopilot. Not a comment engine under channel posts.
